BUFFALO-STYLE PORK PIZZA

SERVINGS | Two 12-inch pizzas
YIELDS | Two 12-inch pizzas

Ingredients:

6 tbsp. FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 tbsp. Butter, hot, clarified
2 cups Pulled pork, cooked
2 each Pizza crusts, 12-inch
1/2 cup CATTLEMEN'S® Original Barbecue Sauce
1/4 cup Celery, diced
2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Procedures:

1. To prepare pork: Combine Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in large bowl. Mix well. Add cooked pulled pork. Toss well to coat with sauce. Reserve.

2. To assemble one pizza: Spread 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over crust. Portion 1 cup Buffalo-style Pork mixture over sauce. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons celery and 1 cup mozzarella over pork. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400 °F for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven.
