BUFFALO-STYLE PORK PIZZA
Ingredients:
| 6 tbsp. | FRANK'S® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce |
| 2 tbsp. | Butter, hot, clarified |
| 2 cups | Pulled pork, cooked |
| 2 each | Pizza crusts, 12-inch |
| 1/2 cup | CATTLEMEN'S® Original Barbecue Sauce |
| 1/4 cup | Celery, diced |
| 2 cups | Mozzarella cheese, shredded |
Procedures:
1. To prepare pork: Combine Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter in large bowl. Mix well. Add cooked pulled pork. Toss well to coat with sauce. Reserve.
2. To assemble one pizza: Spread 1/4 cup barbecue sauce over crust. Portion 1 cup Buffalo-style Pork mixture over sauce. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons celery and 1 cup mozzarella over pork. Bake in preheated conventional oven at 400 °F for 15 to 18 minutes. Remove from oven.
