BBQ BACON & AVOCADO BURGER

Ingredients:

20 each Hamburger patties (4 to 6 oz.)
2 1/2 cups CATTLEMEN'S® Kansas City Classic Barbecue Sauce or CATTLEMEN'S® Louisiana Hot & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
20 each Hamburger buns
20 each Bacon slices, cooked
5 each Avocados, sliced, fanned
20 each Lettuce leaves
20 each Tomato slices

Procedures:

1. When the hamburger is almost done, baste liberally with 1 tablespoon of the barbecue sauce.

2. Build the hamburger on the bun by adding the bacon, an additional tablespoon of barbecue sauce and top with sliced avocado or guacamole sauce.

3. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, etc.
